Delivery and Damages
Food items in sealed containers are packed with care and caution to prevent damage to the container or its contents. Please accept our sincere apologies in case the product reaches you in an unusable condition.
We strive to achieve the high quality standards we have set for ourselves and our patrons. Sometimes the natural and artisanal methods of preparing the products for your use may result in a less than acceptable quality product reaching you.
We shall promptly replace with a replacement or issue a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sometime, even if we have issued a refund to you, few products like food may not be feasible to be delivered back to our storage facilities. This may be due to health, and safety concerns associated with our delivery partners' equipment which handles packages and their staff.
In this case, we request you to have the product discarded as per local rules on disposal, recycling and environmental best practices.
Returns and Exchanges
For food products there is no exchange of goods. For any special request on replacements, please leave a voice message or send us a whatsapp message on our customer service number from Contact Us page.
Refund of money
Refund is normally issued within few 15 days and we shall keep you informed when our bank issues the refund amount to your bank. The exact credit date in your bank statement may vary by a few days sometimes due to public and bank holidays. Please look for our company name Six Ideas Technology Pvt Ltd. in your bank statement to check credits.
